Typical villa from the early 20th century (300 m2) that still today preserves its charm, built as an outbuilding of a manor villa and surrounded by a stupendous Italian-style garden just 10 m from the sea. 300 m food shops and old city centre, 1 km supermarkets, 4 km Cinque Terre, 36 km La Spezia, 90 km Genoa, 110 km Pisa. Stupendous view of the gulf of Levanto. Peaceful (the road is only accessible to the few cars of the residents). The house is surrounded by a private garden equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a terrace (35 m2) above the sea. Two parking spaces inside the property. The excursion path "L'Alta Via delle Cinque Terre" (The High Road of the Cinque Terre) ends near the villa . This path corresponds to path no. 1 of the CAI of the Spezia, a footpath that leads from Portovenere to Levanto. Nearby boat hire is possible as well as departures for boat tours of the Cinque Terre. 4 hours of cleaning on Wednesday are included in the price.
Mezzanine gr. fl.: entrance, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher) with access to the garden, living/dining room with access to the spacious terrace, 1 twin bedded room, 1 single bedroom with bathroom with bath (no WC) and access to the terrace, WC. 1st fl.: 1 twin bedded room, 1 single bedroom, 2 double bedrooms one of which with 10-m2 terrace, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bath (double washbasin, no WC). All of the bedrooms have a view of the sea. 2nd fl.: 1 twin bedded room, laundry room, locked rooms not accessible to the guests. Comfortable furniture with period pieces. Four hours of cleaning are included in the price (Wednesday).
